While showing property to a young family last week I was able to see the insides of many Myrtle Beach condos for sale. There are some really nice properties in the area and we looked at quite a few of them but as I told this couple, Myrtle Beach is the most populated area of both the coast and South Carolina as a whole.
They really weren’t captured by any of the Myrtle Beach condos for sale that I was showing them and these were fine properties. It was at that point that I drove a little further north to North Beach Towers in North Myrtle Beach. These are top of the line, luxurious condos anyone would fall in love with.
Am I the best real estate agent or what? They took one look at these luxurious condominiums and the grounds and forgot all about the other Myrtle Beach condos for sale that we’d looked at. They were, dare I say, captured hook, line, and sinker?
And who wouldn’t be. Have you been to look at the condos at North Beach Towers? If not, once you get there you’ll be quite taken with the presence the entire place has. Sitting on 60 acres it’s a master planned community located close to golf, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Caribbean-themed pool area itself sits on three of those acres along with personal cabanas and spas.
